One hundred and seventy years of the same kadhai, the same ghee, the same morning queue. Netram's khasta and jalebi are not just breakfast — they are Lucknow's memory.
Real moments from our counter, kitchen and tables in Aminabad, Lucknow.
Netram's lineage stretches back to 1854 — before the railway reached Lucknow, before Aminabad became Aminabad. Through every era, the family has kept one promise: everything fresh, everything in pure desi ghee, every single day.
Mornings begin with the khasta rush — crisp kachori with spicy aloo sabzi, followed by jalebi glistening with rabri. The imarti, piped by hand and fried to amber, has been the shop's signature for generations. Food historians write about us; Lucknow simply queues up.
A few reasons Aminabad keeps coming back to us.
One hundred and seventy years of unbroken, family-run sweet-making.
Every sweet, every batch — no vanaspati, no compromise, ever.
Kadhais run from morning to night; nothing sits from yesterday.
Rated 4.2 stars — among the most loved sweet shops in Lucknow.
Unfiltered love from the people who eat with us every week.
“Khasta at Netram at 8 AM is a Lucknow rite of passage. The queue is long, the kachori is worth it. Always.”
“My grandfather brought my father here; my father brought me. The imarti tastes exactly the same. That is 1854 for you.”
“Ordered five kilos of laddoo and jalebi for a wedding. Fresh, perfectly sweet, packed beautifully. Lucknow's best.”
Everything you need to know before you visit or order from Netram.
Netram is legendary for its khasta kachori with aloo sabzi, jalebi-rabri and hand-piped imarti. The shop's lineage goes back to 1854, and everything is still made fresh daily in pure desi ghee — which is why the morning queue has never shortened.
We open at 8:00 AM with the khasta breakfast rush and serve until 10:00 PM every day. Khasta is best before noon, jalebis come hot from the kadhai through the day, and the full sweets counter runs until closing. Festival days open even earlier.
Yes, bulk orders are a Netram tradition. For weddings, festivals and corporate gifting across Lucknow, call or WhatsApp us with quantities and dates. We prepare fresh batches in desi ghee and pack them in gift boxes of your choice, ready on schedule.
Yes — that has been the family rule since 1854. Every khasta, jalebi, imarti and laddoo at Netram is made in pure desi ghee, in small batches through the day. It costs us more, and it is exactly why Lucknow has trusted the name for over 170 years.
We are easy to reach — call, WhatsApp or just walk in.
